YutaPass Coupon Terms
第1条（適用）
Article 1 (Application)
本規約は、YutaPass（以下「本サービス」）で提供されるクーポンおよび特典の利用条件を定めるものです。
These terms define the conditions for using coupons and rewards provided through YutaPass (the “Service”).
ユーザーは、本規約に同意したうえでクーポンを利用するものとします。
Users must agree to these terms in order to use coupons.
第2条（クーポンの利用）
Article 2 (Use of Coupons)
クーポンは、アプリ内に表示された条件に従って利用することができます。
Coupons may be used according to the conditions displayed in the application.
クーポンの利用には、店舗スタッフによる確認が必要となる場合があります。
Coupon use may require confirmation by store staff.
第3条（利用条件）
Article 3 (Conditions of Use)
クーポンは以下の条件に基づいて利用されます。
Coupons are subject to the following conditions:
クーポンは1回の利用につき1回のみ使用できます
クーポンには有効期限が設定される場合があります
一部店舗またはメニューでは利用できない場合があります
Coupons may be used once per eligible transaction
Coupons may have an expiration date
Coupons may not be valid at certain stores or for certain menu items
第4条（クーポンの変更・終了）
Article 4 (Modification or Termination)
運営者は、クーポン内容を予告なく変更または終了する場合があります。
The operator may modify or discontinue coupons without prior notice.
第5条（不正利用）
Article 5 (Fraudulent Use)
以下の行為は禁止されています。
The following actions are prohibited:
不正な方法によるクーポン取得
クーポンの複製または改ざん
他人のアカウントを利用したクーポン使用
Obtaining coupons through fraudulent methods
Copying or modifying coupons
Using coupons through another person’s account
不正利用が確認された場合、クーポンの無効化またはアカウント停止等の措置を行う場合があります。
If fraudulent use is detected, coupons may be invalidated and the account may be suspended.
第6条（免責事項）
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
通信環境やシステム障害によりクーポンが表示されない場合があります。
Coupons may not be displayed due to network or system issues.
これにより発生した損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
The operator shall not be liable for damages resulting from such issues.
