YutaPass Terms of Use

第1条（適用）

Article 1 (Application)

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、YutaPass（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本規約に同意したうえで本サービスを利用するものとします。

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using YutaPass (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

第2条（アカウント登録）

Article 2 (Account Registration)

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり必要な情報を入力してアカウントを登録することができます。

Users may create an account by providing the necessary information required for the use of the Service.

ユーザーは以下を保証するものとします。

Users agree to the following conditions:

  • 登録情報が正確であること

  • 他人になりすまさないこと

  • 複数アカウントを不正に作成しないこと

  • The registration information provided is accurate.

  • The user will not impersonate another person.

  • The user will not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.

運営者は、不正が確認された場合、当該アカウントを停止または削除することができます。

If fraudulent activity is detected, the operator may suspend or delete the account.

第3条（利用年齢）

Article 3 (Age Requirement)

本サービスは13歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。
13歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

This Service is intended for users aged 13 or older.
Users under the age of 13 must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using the Service.

第4条（サービス内容）

Article 4 (Service Features)

本サービスは以下の機能を提供します。

The Service provides the following features:

  • 店舗利用履歴の記録

  • 特典・クーポンの提供

  • 来店回数に応じたサービス

  • 店舗情報の提供

  • Recording of store visit history

  • Distribution of benefits and coupons

  • Rewards based on visit frequency

  • Provision of store information

サービス内容は予告なく変更または終了する場合があります。

The content of the Service may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

第5条（禁止事項）

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

Users must not engage in the following activities:

  • 不正アクセス

  • 他人のアカウント使用

  • サービスの妨害

  • 不正なクーポン取得

  • 法令違反行為

  • Unauthorized access

  • Using another person’s account

  • Interfering with the operation of the Service

  • Fraudulent acquisition or use of coupons

  • Violations of laws or regulations

これらが確認された場合、アカウント停止等の措置を行う場合があります。

If such actions are confirmed, the operator may suspend the user’s account.

第6条（サービスの変更・停止）

Article 6 (Service Changes or Suspension)

運営者は以下の場合、サービスの全部または一部を停止することがあります。

The operator may suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:

  • システムメンテナンス

  • サーバー障害

  • 災害などの不可抗力

  • System maintenance

  • Server failures

  • Natural disasters or force majeure

これにより生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

The operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such suspension.

第7条（免責事項）

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

本サービスは可能な限り安定して提供されますが、以下の理由により一部機能が利用できない場合があります。

The Service will be provided as reliably as possible, however some features may become unavailable due to the following reasons:

  • システム障害

  • 通信環境

  • 外部サービス

  • System failures

  • Network conditions

  • External services

これらにより発生した損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

The operator shall not be liable for damages caused by these circumstances.

第8条（規約の変更）

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。
変更後の規約は、本サービス内またはWebサイトで告知された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

These Terms may be updated when necessary.
Updated terms will take effect once announced within the Service or on the website.
